I’m annoyed. The color looked nothing like the photos, and that’s on them for showing it so differently. The whole design felt cheap in person, and I definitely didn’t get what I thought I was ordering.

I ran into an issue with my order and had to reach out to support. They did eventually help me get it sorted out, but I was frustrated by how long it took to hear back. The waiting part made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

I tried to exchange my order and it just wasnt a smooth experience. The replies were slow, I didnt get any clear updates, and I kept having to ask the same questions again. It dragged on way longer than it should have. After this, I dont think Ill be ordering from thesparkshop.in again.

"Easy enough, but a little annoying"
The website was easy enough to use, and I found what I needed quickly. I just wish there weren’t so many little annoyances along the way. It felt like every time I was trying to look at something, something else got in the way. Not a huge deal, but still kind of annoying, and it got annoying fast.

The box showed up crushed and the tape was barely holding it together. I’m assuming it got banged around or wasn’t packed very securely to begin with. Either way, it didn’t look handled with much care, and I wasn’t happy with the condition it arrived in

The item showed up broken and wouldn’t work at all right out of the box. What made it more frustrating is that it’s not even clear who’s supposed to handle the issue, the seller, the shipper, or someone else. I just want it sorted out, but it feels like no one really owns the problem...

I’ve been wearing it for a bit, and overall it’s comfortable. The fit feels fine, and I don’t mind wearing it around, but I did notice the fabric feels a little rough against my skin. It’s not terrible, just not as soft as I was hoping for...

"Got the wrong color shirt"
I ordered a blue shirt and somehow ended up with a black one. The size fit fine, so I guess it was kind of right, but also not really since the color was the main thing I picked. Customer support took a while to get back to me and then asked for pictures again, which felt a little annoying. It’s not the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to be better about sending the actual item people order.

I ordered from The Spark Shop the product looked okay when I first got it. Delivery was fine and there wasn’t any issue there. But after using it a little, this is where it got annoying, the quality started to feel cheap. The stitching and finish weren’t very neat, and it didn’t really seem like something that would last long. It’s not completely useless, but for the price, I was expecting better.

I was really disappointed with how long the delivery took. There were barely any updates for days, so I kept having to check on it myself. It got frustrating, honestly. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Decent experience, but trust could be better"
I ordered from thesparkshop.in once, and the product arrived fine overall. The delivery updates were sorta slow though, so I wasn’t always sure what was happening with my order. The website looks okay, but at first I was a little unsure if it was fully trustworthy or not. Support did reply, just not very quickly. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but clearer communication would definitely make me feel more confident ordering again.

"Pretty good for the price"
It felt worth every rupee. I remember opening it while eating a packet of chips for some reason, and my first thought was that it was better than I expected for the price. No complaints from me.

"Still haven’t gotten my refund"
I’ve been waiting on my refund for way too long now, and every time I contact support, they just tell me to keep waiting. At this point, it feels like they’re the ones dragging it out and not actually fixing anything. Really frustrating, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Tracking timeline was all over the place"
The tracking updates were confusing. One minute it looked like the package hadn’t moved, then later it showed something that seemed like it should’ve happened earlier. I couldn’t tell what was current and what was delayed, so the whole timeline felt off.
